What We Offer:
- Salary: $112K as well as a bonus program

What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership to the Maintenance Department
- Coordinate training within the maintenance team
- Schedule and oversee the Total Preventative Maintenance program.
- Ensure TPM KPI’s are 100% completed
- Work closely with trades staff and Engineering on all machine improvements
- Communicate with all production departments and support departments
- Communicate and interact with contractors and suppliers
- Oversee shop supplies and spare parts, motors etc.
- Track requisition system for all supplies needed for maintenance and projects
- Assist in employee evaluations
- Schedule and verify completion of all maintenance work orders
- Responsible for 24 hr emergency communication with Plant Manager if needed
- Ensure the shop is neat and organized
- Work closely with trades employees and provide support where needed
- Responsible for maintenance KPI’s to be achieved
- Ensure that the skilled trades employees have all the necessary tools, parts etc. to perform their jobs
- All other relevant duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Must have Grade 12 or GED
- Licensed Millwright or Electrician
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Automotive Sector
- Minimum of 2 years’ leadership role
